Community Table with Ankita: The Maharashtran Edit

After the success of our last Community Table, we’ve been wanting to showcase more regional cuisines and highlight local flavors, chefs & cooks. So, we’re exceedingly excited to announce this one.

Chef Ankita Thakare, a talented, young chef with over 6 years of experience, has crafted a colorful Maharashtrian menu that reflects her own cultural heritage. Each dish tells a unique story and the spread is an exquisite explosion of bold, traditional Maharashtrian flavors. 

Here’s a table set in a beautiful, ambient space, with delightful company, that’ll take you on an epic culinary journey through Maharashtra. The type of table you’d want to be sitting at!
