Ayrat, from Sochi in Russia, is bringing us his interpretation of the freshest Goan ingredients, igniting our culinary imagination with larger-than-life colours and flavours. He's worked with some esteemed cookhouses in Russia, and has built a reputation for himself within a short time in Goa!
